These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and qeenph ("qeenph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at qeenph.net. • Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed;
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, qeenph reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's account;

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qeenph platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
